Help Kids India, Inc. (HKI) is a registered 501c3 organization. Board members serve voluntarily;
administrative expenses are covered by the HKI Board.
HKI has no paid employees.
100% of donations support the work of HKI’s partner in India, the Betsy Elizabeth Trust (BET).
The Betsy Elizabeth Trust is a registered Indian charity.
The Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) requires all Indian nonprofits to register and submit annual audits
in order to legally receive charitable funds from donors outside India.
The Betsy Elizabeth Trust has held its FCRA number since 1997.
